err woke up at 6, and wrote up my paragraph which turned out to be like two pages for a job over the summer :) hopefully i get in ? then just finished up my pre-calc hw, and just caught up with some of my shows, like arrows, psych, vampirediaries, body of proof, and elementary :))) err it was a chill day today. didnt get to go biking :/ filming at coney tomorrow, hopefully we can get the spanish project done and make it look excellent ! : )
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Let’s say it’s 6.15pm and you’re going home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!!
NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE…
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.
A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911.

i brought my camera today, can’t wait for afterschool LOL. went to starbucks with philip, and philip got some nasty drink LOL. and i got the cool lime refresher, i wanted to get the very berry one but they ran out. apus- we talked about the DBQ essay portion of the essay test, and monday & tuesday we are meeting at the library to talk about supreme court cases. :/ lunch- luis stole my id card -.- and philip tried to take it too. errr just did some random stuff in the library. english- took a test, and i didnt even finish the book, but i think the test was pretty easy. but i’m kinda disappointed in myself for the popquiz, if i had read sparknotes i would have gotten taht 100 definitely. smh. my own exam/quiz that isnt a 100 in english ugh. pre-calc did some stuff and she confused everyone, but i finally understand it. gonna have a last test soon :O. physics- same stuff. appsy-took a test, and she isnt going to be in school on monday. spanish- just did some stuff. afterschool, went with vivian, ada and philip to get some pizza and then target, we just chilled around, ada went to burger kings to get some food for michael and philip made ada aask for a crown LOL. too funny. and he kept putting it on me smh -.- . err waited for everyone afterschool. took the bus, and the bus closed on luis LOL. priceless expression. got to the train station and everyone else came and we took the train and when we were waiting for the train david was talking to jocelyn about something and i’m like you liek someone?! tell me LOL. hes like yeah you LOL. and he tried to kiss me on the cheek O.O” awkward LOL .but hilarious tho. :) when we were walking towards the beach, jonathan,luis and philip and were cracking up like crazy when were talking about sand in the bathing suit, literally laughed into i creid, and jocelyn was like what happened ? LOL. i was trying to explain but i couldnt LOL. too good. got to the beach and luis let me use his flipflops, gary took one. we had a circle of vball and then they put up the net and we played. it was a lot of fun, and then more people came and it was like an asian mob LOL. we played for a long time like 3-4 hours? almost. got sunburned, went with joce, elaine, cham, david, jonathan, luis, joan, corine, gary, andy tang, cindy, andy, nicole, spencer, brian, michael, ada, philip and a lot more people. pretty good daytho. got home and webcammed with jocelyn :) & cham and david and luis sorta. LOOOl. but i did more webcamming with joce :) <3
